Postdoctoral Fellow, Researcher/Engineer
My PhD is in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University. I’m interested in mechatronics and neurophysiology for rehabilitation and assistive wearable devices, with emphasis on mechanical design, shared and semiautonomous control, computer vision, and human motor control, for improved intent recognition and human-machine interaction. I’m currently in the Department of Computer Science and Applied Mathematics at Weizmann, and I hope to continue working towards the development of assistive and rehabilitation robots and increased understanding of how neurological disorders affect function and behavior. My research aims to improve the control and human-robot interaction for users of these devices and ultimately to aid individuals with physical and neurological pathologies.
I’m also passionate about learning, being active in the community, and being creative.
